Our practice has re-opened for consultations. In accordance to level 4 and Netcare guidelines please consider the following.

Booking of appointments and arrival for appointments:

  • You will need to be telephonically pre-screened (questionnaire) before scheduling your appointment and screening must be repeated telephonically when confirming your attendance to your appointment.

  • It is mandatory for all in attendance to wear a fabric mask when attending your appointment and for the entire duration of the appointment.

  • Please do not arrive with family/ friends if they are not required for the appointment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/ message from the practice. You will need to show this to the triage staff at the hospital screening station when entering the hospital.

  • Should you have a positive answer to any of the pre-screening questions at the hospital screening station, you will be referred to the hospital JOC and the screening station will inform my rooms immediately. You will then be guided through the normal process of being assessed at the hospital entrance.

  • If you arrive early for your appointment please wait in your car until closer to your appointment time. This will ensure compliance to social distancing principles.

Consent forms:

  • Please complete and sign consent forms and email back to me.

  • We unfortunately cannot accept a physical copy on arrival.


  • Card facilities are available and are sanitized after each use at the practice.

  • Cash/EFT is accepted. Should you choose to pay via EFT please e-mail the proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the session.

Consultation rooms:

  • Rooms are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis.

  • The therapy room and materials are sanitized after each session.
